Marie has worked with a range of management groups/Boards/staff teams to facilitate planning sessions, issue based forums and conflict resolution.
The role of a facilitator is to work with a group to deliver a common outcome or consensus by remaining impartial, enabling the discussion to take place whilst eliciting key actions/decisions. Marie has over 20 years experience of team facilitation.
Our team have delivered management development training solutions across the people management spectrum including off the shelf solutions and bespoke training to equip managers with the knowledge and skills required to lead and manage people effectively.
For Example:
- Conference facilitation at the global forum on social enterprise hosted by the Cresco Trust in Northern Ireland and Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream
- Away day facilitation for the Governance and Assurance Directors team at Guys and St. Thomas’ Hospital to assist service planning and delivery
- Coaching and leadership skills training for managers following a number of bullying allegations and tribunal claims
