About Us

Established in 2002 to provide a solution focused approach to managing People related organisational issues. Marie Taylor Consulting works with clients across the public and private sectors in facilitating change at personal, team and organisational levels.

Marie has worked in HR for over 20 years and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She holds an Honours degree in Law, and a Masters in Business from Cambridge University. She is an experienced coach of over 15 years and has a postgraduate diploma in career counselling and consultancy. She is also a trained mediator (CEDR) with a focus on employment related disputes.

Experienced associate professionals working with Marie include; coaches, trainers, Lawyers, HR policy specialists, and generalist HR professionals. All associates are personally screened by Marie and are experienced professionals in their field.
